By accessing or using Podcast Pusher ("the Service"), operated by Adrien Lipari ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service Description
Podcast Pusher is an AI-powered podcast generator. You submit topics, and the Service uses artificial intelligence to research, write, and narrate audio episodes delivered via personal RSS feeds. All podcast content is generated by AI (currently Claude by Anthropic) and synthesized using text-to-speech technology.
Account Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You may only maintain one account per person.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Subscription & Billing
Podcast Pusher offers the following tiers:
- Free: 3 episodes per calendar month.
- Creator (~$8.99/month): 30 episodes per calendar month.
Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and billed via Apple In-App Purchase or Stripe, depending on your platform. Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change with notice.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by Apple or Stripe according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. For Apple In-App Purchases, request refunds through Apple Support. For Stripe payments, contact us via the support page.
Usage Limits
Episode generation is subject to your subscription tier's monthly limit. Unused episodes do not roll over to the next month. We also enforce burst rate limits to prevent abuse. Attempting to circumvent rate limits may result in account suspension.
Content Guidelines
- You may not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- All generated content is AI-produced. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing it publicly.
- We reserve the right to refuse generation of topics that violate these guidelines.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the podcast content generated from your topics and prompts. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your generated content as necessary to operate the Service.
Service Availability
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us via the support page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as described in our privacy policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
